Veteran director Kazi Hayat have directed the film, produced by Shakib Khan. Stalwart of the Bangladeshi mainstream films Shakib said he knew that Kazi Hayat will make something different.
"When we got him on board, I was pretty confident that we are going to get something new and fresh. He has done it before. I know he will do it this time also."
There was an accusation of plagiarism against the film's first look poster, which was released as a first look on December 12. Cinemagoers felt that the poster was a rip off from Indian film "KGF: Chapter one". But the makers denied the accusation.
Also, the film's lead actress Shabnam Bubly was not seen during the promotional activities. But, Shakib does not think it will hamper the film.
"My films have been a crowd puller over the years. All of them were a hit. We tried to make something better and bigger. I hope this one won't be an exception." said Shakib.
