Apu Biswas served legal notices over alleged cheque fraud

Prominent Dhallywood actress Apu Biswas has been served with two legal notices over cheque fraud.
The popular actress had allegedly borrowed Tk10 lakh from Badshah Bulbul, proprietor of AB International, reports Dhaka Tribune.
To pay him back, Apu sent the businessman two cheques of Tk5 lakh each. However, both cheques bounced due to insufficient funds in her bank account.
Badshah Bulbul's lawyers sent the legal notices to the actress on Sunday, threatening a lawsuit if she does not pay the money back in 30 days.
