Bangladesh's first transgender news presenter Tashnuva Anan Shishir has been featured in an online commercial called "Shundor", which delivers a powerful message that intends to raise conceptual social awareness and empowers the transgender community.
Directed by Hamaz Emon from Movian's Production, the online commercial tries to defy the predominant social standards of beauty and challenges the status quo, said a press release issued by Movians on Monday.
The online commercial also features actress Bidya Sinha Mim, and model and dancer Nabani Tahsin in pivoting roles challenging the social norms of beauty.
