Daniel Radcliffe to play villain in Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum’s ‘The Lost City of D’
Though Radcliffe is best known for playing the ultimate hero Harry Potter, this is not the actor’s first foray into the dark side
British actor Daniel Radcliffe is the latest star to join the cast of Paramount romantic action-adventure film "The Lost City of D," where he will be donning the role of a villain.
Daniel Radcliffe will be joining alongside Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum, reports Variety.
"The Lost City of D" follows a reclusive romance novelist (Bullock) who was sure nothing could be worse than getting stuck on a book tour with her cover model (Tatum), until a kidnapping attempt sweeps them both into a cutthroat jungle adventure, proving life can be so much stranger, and more romantic, than any of her paperback fictions.
Though Radcliffe is best known for playing the ultimate hero Harry Potter, this is not the actor's first foray into the dark side; Radcliffe has played the bad guy in movies like "Now You See Me 2."
Radcliffe currently stars in TBS' "Miracle Workers," which is heading into its third season. He also recently starred in "Swiss Army Man," "Guns Akimbo" and last year's "The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt: Kimmy vs. the Reverend."
The Lost City of D is slated to release on 15 April, 2022.
