Brigadier General (Retd.) Mahbub Anwar joins Hamdard Foundation Bangladesh as Director
Hamdard Foundation Bangladesh organised a reception in honour of newly appointed director Brigadier General (Retd.) Mahbub Anwar. The event took place on Sunday, 1 December 2024, at the organisation's head office in Banglamotor, Dhaka.
The programme was presided over by Dr Hakim Md Yousuf Harun Bhuiyan, Managing Director and Chief Mutawalli of Hamdard Laboratories (Waqf) Bangladesh. In his address, he expressed, "I envision a future where every individual in the country benefits from Hamdard's services. To fulfil this vision, unwavering commitment from all of us is essential."
During the event, Brigadier General (Retd.) Mahbub Anwar reaffirmed his dedication to upholding and spreading Hamdard's values of service and compassion.

The programme was moderated by Amirul Momenin Manik, Director of Information and Public Relations. Among the distinguished attendees were Senior Director of Finance and Accounts Md Anisul Haque, Director of Marketing Hakim Saifuddin Murad, Company Secretary and Acting Director of Administration Md Abdul Majid, and Deputy Directors, including Acting Director of Legal and Protocol Md Mizanur Rahman, alongside officials from various departments of the organisation.
