A fire broke out in a building next to the Geneva Camp in the capital's Mirpur tonight (24 December).
The fire service were informed of the fire around 10:18pm, Shahjahan Hossain, duty officer of the central control room of the fire service, told The Business Standard.
Four units of the fire service went the spot to douse the fire, he added.
The cause of fire could not be known immediately.
No casualty has been reported so far.
