Sheltech handed over 300 apartments in 2024
Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. successfully handed over eight projects in 2024, delivering nearly 300 apartments and commercial units.
The handed-over projects include Sheltech Enclave Tower, Sheltech Rubynur, Sheltech Sharmin, Sheltech Rosaleen, Sheltech Nurjahan, Sheltech Rebecca, Sheltech Chayapoth, and Sheltech Siddique's Serenity. These projects combine strategic locations, exceptional architectural design, and adherence to high standards of quality and compliance.
Sheltech Enclave Tower, the company's first redevelopment project, is a 20-storied residential-cum-commercial complex on DIT Road, Malibagh, handed over in August 2024. Similarly, Sheltech Rubynur, a mixed-use project in Senpara Parbata, Mirpur, was also successfully delivered.

The year saw the completion of three premium projects under Sheltech's Sapphire Series: Sheltech Rosaleen, Sheltech Rebecca, and Sheltech Nurjahan. The Sapphire Series redefines luxury by blending elegance, convenience, and technology.
Md. Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd., highlighted the company's 37-year journey in shaping the real estate sector, focusing on eco-friendly residential developments equipped with modern amenities. Sheltech has handed over a total of 4,100 apartments to customers since its inception.
Currently, Sheltech's projects are spread across prominent areas such as Jolshiri Abashon, Uttara, Gulshan, Banani, Bashundhara Residential Area, Adabor, Kakrail, Moghbazar, Malibagh, Middle Badda, Eskaton, Gendaria, Swamibagh, Dhanmondi, West Dhanmondi, Kathalbagan, Rayer Bazar, and West Rampura.
