One suspended over displaying 'obscene' content at Kamalapur Railway Station

The Bangladesh Railway has suspended a shohoz.com employee, who was in-charge of managing the display board at Kamalapur Railway Station, for his involvement in displaying 'obscene photo' at the station yesterday (30 December).
The Shohoz employee, Mahfuzur Rahman Nayan, has been suspended for being involved in this undesirable incident, reads a Bangladesh Railway press statement issued today (31 December).
Besides, the railway authorities also formed a three-member probe committee over the incident.

The committee has been asked to submit its report within three working days.
Members of the committee, formed by the Dhaka Railway Division manager, include Dhaka divisional commercial officer, divisional signal and telecom engineer and divisional electrical engineer.
Earlier on 28 December, between 02:10am to 02:35am, obscene images appeared on the digital display board installed to display train information at Kamalapur Railway Station, creating an embarrassing situation at the station.
When the matter came to the attention of the authorities, they took the initiative to take necessary legal action.
