Southeast Bank holds training on project appraisal and risk management
Southeast Bank Training Institute recently organised a day-long In-house Training Programme titled "Project Appraisal, Selection, Monitoring and Credit Risk Management" to enhance professional knowledge and maintain prudent lending.
Seasoned executives from the Credit Risk Management Division of the Head Office of the Bank conducted the training sessions. The programme was graced with the closing remarks by Mr. Nuruddin Md Sadeque Hossain, managing director of Southeast Bank PLC, who emphasised the importance of compliance regarding project lending. He added that proper placement of project appraisal, scrutiny during borrower selection and continuous monitoring can lead to the minimisation of Credit Risk.
A total number of 45 participants from different Branches attended the programme.
