Aparajita International sued for supplying fake masks in BSMMU
The company did not provide the masks and gloves that they were supposed to supply as per the conditions of the contract with BSMMU

A fraud case has been filed against Aparajita International with Shahbagh Police Station for supplying fake mask in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital (BSMMU).
Confirming the authenticity of the case, BSMMU Director (Hospital) Brigadier General Zulfiqar Ahmed Amin said, "On July 23, we filed a case of fraud against Aparajita International at Shahbagh Police Station."
They did not provide the masks and gloves that they were supposed to supply as per the conditions, said the director.

The BSMMU's contract with the company has been automatically cancelled, he further added.
