US national security adviser tests positive for coronavirus
O'Brien has been working from home since last week, the White House said Trump and Pence at "no risk of exposure"
US President Donald Trump's national security adviser, Robert O'Brien, has tested positive for coronavirus, according to another official familiar with what happened.
O'Brien, one of Trump's top aides, recently returned from Europe where he and his top deputy met with officials from the UK, France, Germany and Italy, reports the CNN.
The White House declined to immediately comment.

It is still unclear if any other officials he came into contact with will also have to quarantine.
Trump and Pence at "no risk of exposure": White House
In a statement the White House said O'Brien has been working off-site and "there is no risk of exposure to the President or the Vice President."
"National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien tested positive for Covid-19. He has mild symptoms and has been self-isolating and working from a secure location off site. There is no risk of exposure to the President or the Vice President. The work of the National Security Council continues uninterrupted."
