Pubali Bank holds virtual annual general meeting
In the AGM, the shareholders unanimously approved 10 percent cash dividend for the last year
Pubali Bank.
The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Limited was held at the bank's head office virtually Thursday amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The bank's Board of Directors Chairman M Azizul Huq presided over the meeting, said a Pubali Bank press release Thursday.
The shareholders unanimously approved a 10 percent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2019 in the AGM.

A large number of shareholders participated in the discussion through video conferencing and talked about the overall performance of the bank.
They expressed their satisfaction and put forward some suggestions for further improvement in performances of the bank. The chairman thanked everyone who took part in the AGM and announced the conclusion of the meeting.
