Unidentified hanging body recovered in Dhaka

Police have recovered an unidentified person's body hanging on a roadside tree in Hatirjheel area of the capital today.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Tejgaon Division Hafizur Rahman and Sub-inspector of Hatirjheel Police Station Khandaker Selim Shahriar confirmed it to The Business Standard.
Khandaker Selim Shahriar said, "The person is aged around 45. The body was recovered at around 9 am. We suspect it could be an incident of suicide."

"The body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy. Details of the death can be confirmed after receiving the autopsy report," he added.
