GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh limited EGM Held
The shareholders after having deliberations on Company’s name change proposal, accorded their consent to change the name of the Company from “GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh Limited” to “Unilever Consumer Care Limited”
The extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Bangladesh Limited was held on Sunday through Digital Platform.
The meeting was presided over by the Company's Chairman Masud Khan, says a press release.
Company's Managing Director KSM Minhaj, Finance Director Hasnain Thoufiq Ahmed and other Directors Kedar Lele, Zahidul Islam Malita, SOM Rashedul Quayum, Md Abul Hossain, Mohsin Uddin Ahmed and Reazul Haque Chowdhury along with Company Secretary Mohammad Naharul Islam Molla and a number of shareholders attended the meeting using the digital platform.
