16 Bangladeshi apparel makers taking part in Texworld Paris
The fair will organise two fashion shows on Bangladeshi products on Wednesday

A total of 16 Bangladeshi apparel and fabric manufacturers are participating in the four-day international fabric trade fair – Texworld Paris.
Among the fabric manufacturers showcasing their products in the fair include Evince Textile, Momtex Expo, Regent Textile, Zaber & Zubair Fabrics, while denim manufacturers include Argon Denims, Chittagong Denim Mills and NZ Denim.
Besides, apparel makers, including Ayesha & Galeya Fashions, Fahim Apparels, S&S Swimwear Limited, GMS composite knitting Ind Ltd, Elham Sourcing, JM Knitwear, Pakiza Knit Composite Ltd, Pacific Export & Euro Fashion Mart, Synergies Sourcing and Toads Printing, have also ensured their presence at the fair with their readymade garments.
Organised by Messe Frankfurt France – world's largest trade fair arranger – at Paris' norther suburb Le Bourget, the September 2019 edition of the Texworld show began on September 16 which will continue until September 19.
"This is the third time we are exhibiting our products here. At the last fair, we got some French buyers who have become our regular clients," said Ziaur Rahman, merchandiser of Ayasha & Galeya Fashion Ltd.
Aleya Khanam Joti, chairman of the DD Sourcing Ltd, said, "We found good buyers last year from Finland, and we are excited to have some quality buyers this time as well."
Two fashion shows on Bangladeshi products
The fair will organise two fashion shows on Bangladeshi products on Wednesday.
In the first show, a Bangladeshi pavilion under the Export Promotion Bureau will display products, while the second one will showcase collections of the Zaber & Zubair.
Direct exhibitors and a national pavilion of the Export Promotion Bureau are taking part in the trade fair.
Texworld Paris showcases a global range of fashion products from major manufacturing countries, including Bangladesh, China, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Korea, India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey and Pakistan.
For European and global buyers as a whole, it constitutes a real hub for finding inspiration and for procurement.
Combined with Apparel Sourcing and Leatherworld, a total of 1,799 exhibitors are participating in this edition. The fair already recorded more than 29,000 visitors from around the world.
