NRBC Bank inaugurates its 77th Branch in Kishoreganj
A library on Bangabandhu and the Liberation War has also been launched at the branch premises
With the state-of-the-art modern banking facilities, the NRB Commercial (NRBC) Bank Limited has inaugurated its 77th Branch in Kishoreganj Sadar on Tuesday.
SM Parvez Tamal, the chairman of the Bank presided over the inaugural ceremony through a videoconference, according to a press release.
Mohammad Ali Chowdhury, shareholder of the bank, attended the event, while Sarwar Morshed Chowdhury was present in the inaugural ceremony the chief guest.

Chairman of Kishoreganj Zilla Parishod Md Zillur Rahman, Mayor of Kishoreganj Municipality Parvez Mia, Md Mukhter Hossain, managing director & CEO of the Bank, among others, were present in the inaugural ceremony.
A library on Bangabandhu and the Liberation War named "Shadhinota Corner" has also been launched at the branch premises, it read.
Sarwar Morshed Chowdhury urged the NRBC Bank authority to provide technology-based banking services for the under-privileged who were beyond the reach of the banking network.
NRBC Bank Chairman Parvez Tamal said, "NRBC Bank works for the people of root level to provide technology-based banking services on priority basis. During this pandemic, NRBC Bank stood beside the SME Entrepreneurs and farmers of the country as well."

Moreover, all of these services are available in the Mobile App "NRBC PLANET," and NRBC Bank clients can transfer money from their NRBC Bank Account to any bKash number using the app, it read.
