Fire safety awareness training held at Sonali Bank
One employee from each division of the bank's head office attended the safety training
For the first time as part of its fire safety awareness program, Sonali Bank limited has conducted a fire safety drill and simulations for its employees.
The day long training was conducted as per directives from the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the bank Md Ataur Rahman Pradhan under the supervision of the bank's Chief Security Officer Major Sarkar Tareq Ahmed (Retd.) at its head office on Sunday, said a media release issued by the bank on Monday.
Deputy Managing Director of the bank Md Afzal Karim presided over the inauguration of the day long training program in the presence Deputy Managing Directors of the bank Md Zahidul Haque, Md Abdul Mannan and Md Murshedul Kabir.

The fire safety training and drills were conducted by trainers from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense Department.
