Envoy Textiles approves 5% cash dividend

Envoy Textiles Limited approved five percent cash dividend among its shareholders.
The decision was taken at the virtually held 25th annual general meeting on Monday, said a press release.
Chairman of Envoy Textiles Kutubuddin Ahmed presided over the meeting.

Managing Director Abdus Salam Murshedy MP, Directors Rashida Ahmed, Tanvir Ahmed, Barrister Shehrin Salam Oishee, Sumayyah Ahmed, Ishmam Salam, independent director Syed Shahed Reza, Itrat Husain FCMA, FCS and company secretary M Saiful Islam Chowdhury FCS were also present at the meeting.
