Nasimul Baten appointed as new MD & CEO of DBH

Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DBH) has appointed Nasimul Baten as its Managing Director (MD) and CEO with effect from 1 January 2021, following the approval from central bank.

According to a press release, Nasim has been working at DBH for the last 23 years. He was previously working as DBH's Deputy Managing Director, as well as its Acting Managing Director.

He has more than two decades of experience in the housing finance and real estate industry. In his new role, Nasim will be leading DBH's next phase of growth ambition, with the company solidifying its position as the country's largest home loan provider and presently operating as one of Bangladesh's leading financial institutions, the press release claims.

Nasim completed his BBA and MBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) of University of Dhaka. He attended various local and overseas trainings in England, Ireland, Singapore, Thailand, India, and Bangladesh. He is a member of Old Faujian Association, IBA Alumni Association and Cadet College Club Ltd.
