DU halls to reopen on 13 March
Only final-year examinees at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels will be allowed to stay at the dormitories
The Dhaka University authorities have decided to reopen the residential halls on a limited scale on 13 March.
Only final-year examinees at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels will be allowed to stay at the dormitories.
The decision was taken at the academic council meeting of the university on Sunday.
In the face of coronavirus outbreak in the country in March last year, the DU had adopted a complete shut down and vacated all of its dormitories, for the first time in a decade.
Later, classes have taken place through online platforms to a limited extent.
