Gathering of Asian architects to be held on Nov 3
The theme for ARCASIA FORUM20 is “Architecture in a Changing Landscape”
Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) will hold a five-day programme Architects' Regional Council Asia (ARCASIA) FORUM20 DHAKA19 from November 3, marking its 50th anniversary
The Architects' Regional Council Asia is a council of the presidents of the National Institutes of Architects of 21 Asian countries that are the members of ARCASIA.
IAB announced the programme at a press conference in the capital on Monday.

Jalal Ahmed, president of IAB, Dr Abu Sayeed M Ahmed, convener of ARCASIA FORUM20, Mubasshar Hussain, adviser of ARCASIA FORUM20, Kazi Golam Nasir, immediate past president of IAB were present, among others at the press conference.
Following the 40th ARCASIA council meeting the 21 country representatives of ARCASIA will host the programme.
The five-day programmes include IAB BUILD EXPO, architectural exhibitions, architectural seminar participated by renowned architects, architecture award ceremony, heritage walk for foreign guests and cultural programmes.
The theme for ARCASIA FORUM20 is "Architecture in a Changing Landscape".
More than 1500 architects will join the events.
