Eastland Insurance holds annual conference

Eastland Insurance Company Limited held its Annual Conference 2021 on Saturday at the Auditorium of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industries (DCCI).

Members of the Board of Directors of the company— Kamal Uddin Ahmed, Mohammad Arshad Ali and Mahbub Jamil— were also present in the conference and delivered their valuable speech.

Addressing the conference, Mahbubur Rahman disclosed that Eastland Insurance achieved 73% business target set for the year 2020 amid the Covid-19 pandemic which caused death of more than 2.5 million people worldwide, and devastated the world economy.
Rahman stated that Eastland Insurance Company has passed 34 years of its successful operation and since attained the height of sound financial strength and enviable goodwill. He distributed incentives to successful executives and officials for their outstanding performances. Directors of the company also spoke on the occasion.
Abdul Hamid FCA, Additional managing director and chief financial officer, and other senior executives of the company also delivered their speech in the conference.
