Green Delta Insurance Company Limited has declared 32% dividend (7.5% Stock dividend and 24.5% Cash dividend) for its shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2020.
The announcement was made at the 35th Annual General Meeting of the company through an online conferencing and broadcasting platform held on March 31, a press release says.
The meeting was attended by sponsors, directors and shareholders and was presided over by Abdul Hafiz Chowdhury, Chairman of the company.
