T W Shoinik records special song for Mother’s Day

"Tumi Amar Ghum" famed singer T W Shoinik has recorded a special song for Mother's Day.
Written by T W Shoinik, the music titled "Maa amar Maa" has been composed by S I Tutul and can now be found on TW Sainik's Facebook page on the occasion of Mother's Day on 9 May, read a press release.
T W Shoinik gave a brief insight about what inspired him to write this beautiful song.

The singer said, "Three years back, Mir Sabbir, SI Tutul Bhai and I went to Australia for a shooting. While chatting around the White Park, Mir Sabbir became nostalgic on remembering his motherland and his mother. He said 'you start to long for your country when you are far away from it and you understand the importance of the word "Maa" when you become a father yourself."
"The actor nonchalantly started to blurt out two lines and they were 'Baba howar age tumay bujhini ami maa'. Those two lines immediately grabbed my attention and SI Tutul bhai bhai got his guitar and started creating an initial tune," he continued.
"We decided that we are going to create this song for mothers but unfortunately due to busy schedules we couldn't then. But finally we are able to complete this song and I would like to thank Mir Sabbir and SI Tutul bhai for the help. I am dedicating this song to all the wonderful mothers across the world."
