Ishant Sharma was once again destructive with the ball as he took the wickets of Shadman Islam and Bangladesh Captain Mominul Haque as they both scored a duck in the second innings.
Bangladesh are 7-2 in their second innings and still trail India's first innings by 234 runs.
With one session and over 30 overs left to play, the Test could well be over within the first two days as one of the lowest points in Bangladesh's cricket history looms large.

India's 1st Innings
Bangladesh bowlers bowled well with the second new ball to have India at 347-9 before captain Virat Kohli decided to declare after India had batted for 89.4 overs.
The hosts took a lead of 241 runs in the first innings and now Bangladesh will have to bat under lights under difficult conditions.
The ball swung much more once the second new ball was taken and that led to a heap of Indian wickets falling.
The pick of the wickets was the one of Kohli, who was caught brilliantly by Taijul Islam at deep-backward sqare-leg off the bowling of Ebadat Hossain.
The ball was going down leg as Kohli played a flick, but couldn't ground the ball and Taijul flung himself full stretch to the left to take the catch mid-air; it was arguably the catch of the match.
First session
India captain Virat Kohli was at his imperious best as he took apart the Bangladesh bowling with ease in the first session of day two in the day-night Test at Eden Gardens.
India ended the session on 289-4 with a lead of 183 runs in the first innings.
The only bit of joy for Bangladesh in the session was the wicket of Ajinkya Rahane, who was dismissed for 51 by off-spinner Taijul Islam.
Kohli was at his classy best in the 71st over bowled by Abu Jayed Rahi as he carressed the ball to different parts of the ground in the first four balls of the over for four consecutive boundaries.
