Power on top in ADP implementation
The division had 80 projects under the Annual Development Programme in fiscal 2018-2019
The Power Division has secured the top position in terms of implementing the Annual Development Programme (ADP) in the just-concluded fiscal year.
It scored 98.15 points out of hundred.

“There will be fewer mistakes if the present team spirit sustains,” said Nasrul Hamid, state minister of the Power, Energy and Mineral Resources on Sunday.
He, on behalf of the prime minister, distributed certificates and crests among officials of the power division for being the topper in the ADP implementation ranking.
Nasrul called upon the officials to work sincerely to ensure uninterrupted power supply in the coming days.
“Besides power generation, we should have coordination in the distribution and transmission system,” he added.
