Information Technology Consultants approves dividends
Information Technology Consultants Limited approved 7 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend for its shareholders.
The company board of directors recommended the dividend for the fiscal year 2018-19 at the Annual General Meeting of the company held on December 5.
Lim Kiah Meng, chairman of the company presided over the meeting. Dr Kazi Saifuddin Munir, managing director, Md Waliuzzaman, independent director, Md Haqueful Shaikh, independent director, other directors, Shyamal Kanti Karmakar, CFO and Anindya Sarkar, company secretary, were present at the meeting.
