Standard Bank donates Tk10 crore to Bangabandhu Memorial Trust

The Standard Bank Limited has donated Tk10 crore to Bangabandhu Memorial Trust for the celebration of Mujib Year on the occasion of birth centenary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed, chairman of the bank, handed over the cheque to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her residence Ganabhaban on January 6.

Md Zahedul Hoque, vice chairman of the bank was present at the event.
