Left-arm spinner Nasum Ahmed bowled the most expensive over by a Bangladeshi bowler in T20Is as he conceded 34 runs in the 15th over of the third T20I at Harare on Monday.

This was Nasum's second over in the match. He conceded 40 runs from his two overs and picked up a wicket at the time of writing the report.
Zimbabwe were 76/6 when Nasum came on to bowl the 15th over. But his 34-run over gave Zimbabwe the acceleration and eventually then went past 150.
However, this is the third most expensive over in T20I cricket. Akila Dananjaya of Sri Lanka and Stuart Broad of England conceded 36 runs in an over against West Indies and India in 2021 and 2007 respectively.
Saifuddin bowled the second most expensive over in Bangladesh's T20I history as he conceded 31 runs against South Africa's David Miller in 2017. The next two most expensive overs were bowled by Shakib Al Hasan who gave away 30 runs in an over against Australia's Dan Christian and Zimbabwe's Ryan Burl in 2021 and 2019 respectively.
