CU Shuttle train collides head on with freight train in Ctg
A probe committee is going to be formed to investigate into the accident

A shuttle train of Chattogram University collided with a freight train in Forest Gate area of Sholoshohor while going to the city on Wednesday morning.
Confirming the matter to The Business Standard, Sholoshohor Station officer Tonmoy Chowdhury said, "Two compartments of the shuttle train and the whole freight train have been derailed. However, no one was injured."

Omar Faruq, officer of railway in east zone, said, "Our engineers are going to the spot to rescue."

Due to the accident, currently rail communication between Chattogram and Nazirhat is suspended and the 10:30am shuttle train could not arrive on the campus from city.
