Another Bangladeshi dies of coronavirus in UK
He is originally from Sylhet and visited Bangladesh six months ago
A British-Bangladeshi has died of coronavirus in the UK on Friday morning.
The deceased aged 66, was fighting with coronavirus for the last eight days and passed away at the Royal London Hospital.
He resided in the Bengali inhabited area in London, Tower Hamlet, reported Jago News.
According to the report, he is originally from Sylhet and visited Bangladesh six months ago.
Earlier, another Bangladeshi man died in the UK of coronavirus on March 9.
Death toll from COVID-19 reached 5,436 globally as of Saturday. Besides, 145,810 cases were reported from around the world, according to worldometer.
Of them, 67,843 are currently infected while 72,531 patients have recovered.
