Berger extending support for specially challenged children
Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited continues extending its support for the welfare of the children with special needs every year since 2009.
On March 11, an event was organised at the Abinta Gallery of Fine Arts, where Berger handed over financial grants to some organisations working for the welfare of specially challenged children in the country, said a press release on Sunday.
Apart from this, a ceremony was held to award the winners of an art competition organised for specially-abled children.
Rupali Chowdhury, managing director of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited handed over crests to the winners of the competition, while Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, its senior general manager for sales and marketing handed over the prize money and certificates to them.
At the event, Society for Education and Inclusion of the Disabled, Autism Welfare Foundation, Society for the Welfare of Autistic Children, Scholars Special School, Proyash Bisheshayito Shikkha Protistahn, Alokito Shishu, Tauri Foundation and some other organisations received fund from the Berger Paints.
