Coronavirus: Narayanganj physician tests positive

A physician who runs a chamber at a private clinic in the district town has tested positive for coronavirus.
Civil Surgeon Dr Md Imtiaj confirmed the development but declined to disclose details, saying that the doctor was not a resident of the district.

Meanwhile, a trader died with fever, cough and nose sore in the district town in the early hours of Saturday.
Dr Sheikh Mustafa Ali, health officer said Narayanganj City Corporation, quoted doctors as saying that he died after suffering a cardiac arrest.
"Although doctors confirmed that the death was due to a cardiac arrest, we've asked 13 people who came in contact with him to go on home quarantine," he said.
Besides, 26 more people were quarantined in the district on Saturday.
