eGeneration to provide free enablement and training of remote work tool
Government, healthcare and pharmaceuticals sectors will get priority as eGeneration believes these sectors will be in the frontline to safeguard the nation against Covid-19 pandemic
eGeneration announced that it has taken an initiative to provide free enablement and training of remote work tool.
The press release issued on Sunday reads, "As pandemic stalled our daily lives to a standstill, eGeneration has taken a CSR initiative to support businesses and organizations by enabling and providing free training and deployment of Microsoft's remote work tool, Microsoft Teams."
Under this initiative, government, healthcare and pharmaceuticals sectors will get priority as eGeneration believes these sectors will be in the frontline to safeguard the nation against Covid-19 pandemic.
As per the press release, eGeneration also wants to give priority to support educational institutes with remote work tools. So that teachers and students can participate in academic activities and regular lessons from the safety of their homes.
However, other sectors can also avail this free enablement and training.
The ongoing crisis has so far impacted billions of lives around the globe to an extent that the fundamental processes followed by current businesses and organizations must be altered and redesigned.
As governments and businesses around the world tell those with symptoms to self-quarantine and everyone else to practice social distancing, remote work is the new reality.
eGenaration thinks it is now very important, and in few months it may seem mandatory, to bring about digital transformation to organizations with the right tools, technology and process re-engineering, not only to survive in the near future but also to thrive under any upcoming threat.
