Where to go if Covid-19 symptoms appear
As the amount of infected Covid-19 patients are increasing on a high note, the hospitals are admitting patients after seeing the intensity of the disease
The novel coronavirus has penetrated more deeply in Bangladesh. Doctors have repeatedly urged patients to go to the hospital only if they are in critical condition with breathing problems and other serious symptoms of Covid-19.
It can take 2–14 days for coronavirus symptoms to appear. The average incubation period appears to be roughly 5–6 days. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), symptoms of coronavirus can be mild and come on gradually.
Initially, patients with Covid-19 symptoms have to give samples for testing. People can go to nearby booths or kiosks to give samples. They can also give samples by connecting the lab authorities, staying from their area for coronavirus tests.
The Covid-19 sample collection centers are named below:
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU): BSMMU takes samples after filling an online form. The form for the appointment of "Fever Clinic" can be obtained by clicking the button on the right side of the BSMMUA website. A confirmation message will be sent after submitting the online form.
