SEU signs MoU with Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited
Southeast University (SEU) and Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on 17 August at SEU Campus Tejgaon, Dhaka.
The bank also opened a cash booth at the university campus, said a press release.
The MoU will cater a bilateral relationship with the bank and the university.

Prof. Dr. AFM Mafizul Islam, vice chancellor of SEU presided over the ceremony and Registrar, Maj Gen Kazi Fakhruddin Ahmed (Retd), signed the MoU on behalf of Southeast University. Md. Abdullah Al Mamun, deputy managing director of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited signed the MoU on behalf of his organisation. Mr. Rezaul Karim, chairman, Board of Trustees, Southeast University Trust and Harun-Ar-Rashid Khan, member secretary of BoT, SEUT attended the program as Guest of Honor.
Farman R. Chowdhury, managing director and CEO of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited were also present at the ceremony. They all inaugurated the ATM Booth of Al-Arafaha Islami Bank Ltd at the SEU campus after the MoU signing ceremony.
Among others, Prof. Dr. ANM Meshquat Uddin, adviser to BoT, SEU Trust, chief coordinator, secretary and director, Finance were present on behalf of Southeast University.
