Former health minister Nasim still not out of danger
He could be taken abroad if there is confirmation of getting the same support in an air ambulance as in the hospital
Former health minister Mohammad Nasim is still in a coma, and although his physical condition is a bit better today than it was yesterday, he is not out of danger.
Dr Raziul Haque told The Business Standard that Nasim has been placed in the ICU for life support and his blood pressure is now stable.
Asked if the Awami League leader would be taken to Singapore, Dr Raziul said, "His family members wanted to take him abroad and are currently communicating with hospitals in Singapore on their own."
The former minister could be taken abroad if there is confirmation that he will get the same support in an air ambulance as he is receiving at the hospital, the doctor added.
"However, I have not been informed of any hospital in Singapore willing to admit him," said Dr Raziul.
