Islami Bank holds view-exchange meeting with foreign remittance houses
Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC organised a view-exchange meeting with representatives from foreign remittance houses at a hotel in Dhaka. The event took place at the Bangladesh liaison office on Tuesday, 17 September 2024. Md. Obayed Ullah Al Masud, Chairman of Islami Bank, attended the programme as the chief guest.
The meeting was presided over by Md. Rafiqul Islam, Head of the International Trade Wing. Special addresses were delivered by Md. Abdul Jalil, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Professor Dr. M. Masud Rahman, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee. Mohammad Masud, Head of the International Services Wing, delivered the welcome speech.
Senior executives of Islami Bank and representatives from foreign remittance houses participated in the programme, aiming to enhance mutual cooperation and strengthen remittance services.
