Three faculties of UIU feature in the “World’s Top 2% Scientists” list
Three faculties of United International University (UIU) have been featured in the 'World's Top 2% Scientists' list, according to a joint survey by Stanford University, California, USA, and Elsevier. Recently, the names of these UIU faculties were published in the list by Stanford University and Elsevier.
Prof. Dr Al Sakib Khan Pathan from the School of Science and Engineering, recognised for his work in Computer Science & Network Security; Dr Md. Kamruzzaman from the School of Business and Economics for his contributions to Financial Innovation & Economy; and Dr Sharif Ahmed Mukul from the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, acknowledged for his work in Biodiversity & Environment, were listed among the World's Top 2% Scientists. They received this prestigious honour for their exceptional contributions to scientific research and innovation.
Prof. Md. Abul Kashem Mia, Vice Chancellor of UIU, congratulated them on being ranked among the World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University and Elsevier. He remarked that this recognition is one of UIU's most significant achievements. He also encouraged the university's faculty members to focus on research and innovation to join this prestigious list of the World's Top 2% of Scientists in the future.
