IFIL holds 353rd Board meeting
The 353rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) was held at its Head Office on Sunday, 17 November 2024. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Abul Quasem Haider.
Notable attendees included Vice Chairmen Mr. Mostanser Billa and Mr. K. B. M. Moin Uddin Chisty, Directors Mr. Anis Salahuddin Ahmad, Mrs. Julia Rahman, and Mr. Asgar Haider, as well as Independent Director Mr. Irteza Reza Chowdhury. IFIL's Managing Director & CEO, Mohammed Mosharaf Hossain, was also present.
The meeting reviewed key operational and strategic matters, reflecting IFIL's continued commitment to fostering growth and excellence in Islamic financial services.
