APEIRUSS to drop new single ‘Mukhosh’
EDM duo APEIRUSS, comprised of brothers Sheikh Saami Mahmud and Sheikh Shafi Mahmud, is set to release their new single 'Mukhosh', featuring rock vocalist Lisan. The song is a blend of different genres within electronic music, as stated by Sheikh Shafi Mahmud.
Saami described 'Mukhosh' as a reflection on the realities of daily life.
"I was disillusioned by the facade of everything being fine while, in truth, things were deteriorating. The lack of accountability and the relentless pursuit of power and money troubled me deeply," shared Saami.

He continues, "It seemed as if no one was truly paying attention to one another, as if everyone was hiding behind a mask and averting their gaze. This inspired the title. 'Mukhosh.'"
Shafi also shared his excitement around Mukhosh's release.
"We've been working on this song for the past six months, and it has been a great journey leading up to the release date," said Shafi.
Mukhosh will be the first release among a series of songs that the duo plan to release. The track will be available on major streaming platforms such as YouTube.
