Final season of You releases in April
Netflix has announced 24 April as the premiere date for the fifth and final season of You. The psychological thriller's concluding chapter promises an "epic" return to New York, where Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) confronts his dark past and the ghosts haunting his idyllic life.
The teaser offers a nostalgic glimpse of Joe revisiting Mooney's bookstore, reflecting on the series' beginnings. "Here we are, back to where it all began," he says, hinting at a climactic reckoning.
Originally debuting on Lifetime in 2018 and later revived by Netflix, You quickly became a global sensation. Season 5 brings back stars Charlotte Richie, Madeline Brewer, Anna Camp, and Griffin Matthews, with executive producers Michael Foley and Justin Lo stepping in as showrunners.
