The Bangladesh cricket team may not be getting the desired results on the field but the women's football team has been getting plaudits and rewards for becoming the first back-to-back Saff Champions.
This time, the reward came from the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) as BCB President Faruque Ahmed handed over a cheque of Tk20 lakh to Bangladesh women's football team captain Sabina Khatun in recognition of the side's Saff Women's Championship 2024 triumph.
