Razzak understands the pain of cricketers
Life in a bio-bubble is not easy at all since it takes a heavy toll on the mental health of the players.
The 'bio-secure' bubble has been one of the most used terms in the cricketing fraternity since the last year or so.
Be it domestic cricket or international, cricketers have to stay inside it in order to participate in a cricketing event. Life in a bio-bubble is not easy at all since it takes a heavy toll on the mental health of the players.
Former Bangladesh spinner and newly appointed selector Abdur Razzak empathising with the cricketers said that it is really challenging for the cricketers to stay in the bubble for a long time.
Razzak said, "Obviously we are thinking of resting players. The biggest challenge is to stay in the bio-bubble. The players who are regulars in the side have to stay away from home for a very long time. It's very tough."
"We want performances. But while criticising the players, we have to take this fact under consideration as well. Now we can practice a rotation policy or allow families of the players inside the bubble. It's up to the board," added Razzak.
