Three Bangladeshi expatriate workers who were killed in a blast in Malaysia have been buried in their hometown, Munshiganj, after their namaz-e-janaza.
Scores of people attended the janaza of the three workers, which was held at their ancestral home in the Ramjanbeg area in Munshiganj municipality around 8am today (20 October).
Later, they were buried at a graveyard at Ramjanbeg Dakshin Para.
The families of the deceased have been stricken with grief at the sudden death of the three workers.
The three workers were severely burnt in a blast at multiple chemical factories at SILC Industrial Zone in Malaysia's Johor state.
Jabbar Ali, one of the victims, died on Friday (18 October). Abu Taher died on Saturday, and Salam on Sunday.
Locals urged the government to provide compensation and repatriation for the families of the deceased.
