3 of a family killed in Mymensingh road accident

Three members of a family were killed in a road accident at Raymoni on Dhaka-Mymensingh highway in Mymensingh's Trishal upazila early Monday.
The deceased were identified as Amanullah, 36, his sister Nazma Khatun, 32, and Lalmoni, 7, daughter of Nazma Khatun. All of them are residents of Bagher Char village in Sherpur Sadar upazila.
The accident took place when an eggplant-laden pickup hit a truck from the backside due to excessive speed around 1:30 am, leaving pickup passengers dead on the spot, said Main Uddin, officer-in-charge of Trishal Police Station.
