Actor Rubel, 11 others injured in road accident

Actor Masum Parvej Rubel, a familiar name in Bangla cinema, and 11 others were injured in a road accident on Dhaka-Barishal highway today (16 November).
The accident took place when a passenger bus, Global Paribahan, hit their microbus at around 11am near Samaddar bridge under Rajoir upazila on the highway.
After the accident, they were taken to Madaripur Sadar Hospital where they received treatment.

Mostofapur Highway police Sub-Inspector Mizanur Rahman said actor Masum Parvej Rubel, 60, a popular name in Bangla cinema in 1990s, was going to Amtoli upazila in Barguna district by the microbus along with eight others.
