4 die as a boat sinks near Saint Martins island

At least four people have died after a boat with 26 fishermen on board capsized in the Bay of Bengal near the Saint Martins Island on Saturday.
The Coast Guard members have so far rescued 12 people, while 10 more are still missing, Prothom Alo reports quoting the boat owner, Mohammad Ali.
He said the incident took place 65 kilometer off the St. Martins coast around 4am amid dense fog.

On information, a Coast Guard team rushed to the spot and managed to rescue 12 of the fishermen.
The boat - MV Janjabil - had ventured into the deep sea a week back.
