Anyone distributing leaflets in support of the "fascist" Awami League will be arrested, said CA's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam today (3 February).
"The cohorts of the fallen fascist are trying to create issues and distributing leaflets. Our strong message to those who will distribute leaflets, they will be arrested," he said at a press conference at Foreign Service Academy this evening.
He stated that action would be taken because the content includes issues that could destabilise the country's law and order.

Mentioning that the cohorts of the fallen fascist are spreading disinformation online, he said they will be brought to justice too.
Yesterday, a chaotic situation arose at the Lakshmipur Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court premises over chanting Awami League's "Joy Bangla" slogan while the accused in student murder cases were being loaded into a prison van.
Angry mob beat up two of those who were giving slogans. One of them- Paran Chowdhury - was held and handed over to the police. The other managed to escape.
Lakshmipur Sadar Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge Abdul Monnaf said Paran was detained while distributing Awami League leaflets.
