Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) has sacked Md Jasim Uddin, president of Barishal metropolitan Chhatra League unit, for activities that contradict the discipline of the organisation.
The decision came at an emergency meeting of the BCL central committee on Tuesday, said a BCL press release.
At the same time, as the tenure of the Barishal metropolitan committee of Chhatra League has expired, it has been disbanded.
